• Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email address, business name and description, services, goals, pages needed, design preferences, any existing website address, and the package and delivery option you chose. We use these to reply, to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.
• Emails and calls. If you write to or phone us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser details, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. We also use your IP address in temporary server memory to limit repeated form submissions; it is not written to a database or log by our own code.
• Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation.

We do not ask you to upload files on this website, and card details are never entered on it.

• Enquiries and project work: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract with you.
• Keeping the site secure and limiting abuse: our legitimate interests.
• Keeping records for tax and accounting: a legal obligation.
• Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers to run the website and handle enquiries:

• Railway, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers the enquiry email from the form to us.
• Google, for analytics, if you accept analytics cookies.

We may also share data where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as accountants.

Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires for international transfers.

This website sets no cookies of its own. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to tell visits apart, and we store your choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Declining sets no analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time with the Analytics settings button.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of the project and the period our legal and accounting obligations require. Enquiries that do not go ahead are kept for a limited time so we can follow up, then deleted.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@vornello.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
