Guide
What pages does a small business website need?
Most small business websites need a handful of pages, each with a clear job. Start with the core set and add more only when there is something real to say.
The core pages
- Home. Says what you do, who it is for and what to do next.
- Services. What you offer, written so a customer can scan it quickly.
- About. Who is behind the business and how you work. Real details build trust.
- Contact. A simple way to get in touch: a form, an email address and a phone number if you take calls.
Pages to add when they are useful
- Privacy policy. Worth having whenever the site collects enquiries or other personal details.
- Work or gallery. Useful if you have real examples to show.
- FAQs. Good for the questions customers ask again and again.
- Reviews. Only when they are genuine and you have permission to use them.
- Location or service area. Only where you genuinely serve it.
How many pages is enough?
A site does not need many pages to be effective. Each page should have a clear purpose, and padding the site with thin pages makes it harder to use, not easier to find. Our Basic package covers 3 pages, Business up to 5 and Premium up to 10, which is enough for most small businesses.
